To support students' mental and physical well-being during these peak winter months, we could offer food recipes, simple workout routines, and guidance on beneficial supplements and vitamins through our app to help them maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Freshman 15

The term “Freshman 15“ is an expression commonly used in the United States and Canada to refer to weight gain during a student’s first year in college.

Although the 15 refers to a 15lb (6.8kg) weight gain, the expression can apply to weight gain in general. in Australia and New Zealand, it is sometimes referred to as “First Year Fatties“, “Fresher Spread”, “Fresher Five“, the latter referring to gain of 5kg (11lb).
